Fasting
Fasting has been practiced since the beginning of time, for spiritual and non-spiritual motives.

Fasting is a form of sensory deprivation, which can induce psychedelic experiences, and since you are depleting your sense of taste, your 4 remaining senses are heightened. This does not mean you will have mind-blowing visuals or life changing experiences, but it will aid in meditation and an overall sense of tranquility (this is why it is used in so many religions). Your sense of sight, smell. and sound will become much stronger, helping you see the world in a different light.
How many days a person fasts is individually different, but it is best to stay between 1 and 5 days.
This is considered short-term fasting, and has many benefits such as:

- Better clarity & overall awareness
